Terms and Conditions

Effectivity date: July 16, 2007

1. It is not required to inform each other of one’s activities after work.

2. However, it is required to inform the other if one is already home.

3. If one is not home within four hours after one’s shift, then it is required to inform the other of one’s estimated time of arrival.

4. It is acceptable to inquire upon each other’s whereabouts.

5. A cellphone’s empty battery is not an excuse for one not to perform #3.

6. One cannot turn off one’s cellphone.

7. No one will use the tracker (WIS) anymore.

8. It is required for one to inform the other if one will go out during one’s off days, or during one’s leaves.

9. It was agreed upon that both parties will have at least two dates per month.

10. It is acceptable to watch movies with other people if:

a. One is with a group of more than two people, or

b. One is with somebody of the same gender, or

c. One is with somebody of the opposite gender but is already an established close friend (wavemate/batchmate).

11. It is acceptable to eat out or go out with the opposite sex if:

a. It is during one’s break (within office hours), or

b. He/she is already an established close friend (wavemate/batchmate)

12. Strictly forbidden with the opposite sex (including those already established as close friends):

a. Special touches on any part of the body that will connote physical/emotional intimacy, even if it’s just posing for pictures

b. Special emails / text messages / YM messages – those which mainly contain flattering remarks, admiring comments and fishing for compliments

13. Out-of-town trips are acceptable. One should remind the other as much as possible of one’s scheduled trip.

14. The day should not go by without one telling the other “I love you” personally. If they will not see each other for the day, then a phone call will suffice. A text message is not enough.
